Nicki is an Independent Consultant working in Health & Social Care. Having worked in the care industry for 17 years as an award-winning home care provider in Sussex and Dorset she is now heading up her own unique management training and coaching company called Home Care Business Support.

Nicki specialises in developing the growth and quality of home care businesses through recruitment, retention, and talent management strategies, pre-inspection and compliance audits for business planning, training workshops and 1-2-1 senior management coaching.
