Esther Egerton noticed that many candidates struggled to find work due to a lack of confidence. She set up her business, the Confidence Box following LEAP 2016.

The Confidence Box provides personal training to help people present, pitch and become more at ease at public speaking. Esther now works with Edeal to provide confidence coaching for businesses across the region and has worked with individuals and charities to increase their success at obtaining new business and contracts.
