Victoria founded Chalk Productions in 2020, with the aim of making factual and entertaining programmes with social purpose. She is an award-winning Producer/Director, with 20 years’ experience in the Broadcast industry at the BBC and ITV. Victoria has achieved numerous awards including an RTS for a BBC programme about knife series and a One World Media Award, documenting the story of a 10-year-old Rwandan refugee living in the UK who travels back to discover the truth about the genocide.

Victoria began working as a journalist, developing a love of current affairs and storytelling. She has worked around the world in Africa, Asia and America making films and series producing for the BBC. Victoria oversees each and every one of the commissions at Chalk Productions and is keen to promote new talent and under-represented voices
